By registering an account with uupk, accessing the uupk website or mobile platform, placing any bet, or making any deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and uupk. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the uupk platform.

uupk cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report any evidence of illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

All content on the uupk platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of uupk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the uupk platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. In no event shall any platform downtime give rise to a claim for compensation beyond the return of any irrecoverable stake placed during the period of the fault.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
